Work History

LVM Systems - Web Developer

2018 - present

I've been able to drastically expand my ability by developing new features in LVM's web applications. This role involves client support but emphasizes a high degree of autonomy, allowing for freedom in developing tailored solutions to meet client needs. I frequently provided support to colleagues within my department and throughout the company.

LVM Systems - Support Specialist

2015 - 2018

This is where I first learned to program. I started with C# and SQL and provided support to LVM clients. I resolved technical issues related to the desktop offering, configuration, usage, reporting, and system performance utilizing C#, JS, and HTML.

Apex Stream - Consultant

2020 - 2021

Contributed to the redesign of the "Vault", a financial analytics web application, including designing custom headers and unique color schemes for each client.

The Home Depot - Department Supervisor

2014 - 2015

Successfully managed and led a team of 8 direct reports for the service department. Achieved significant improvements in customer service ratings by implementing strategic hiring, coaching, and an in-store product giveaway program.

Safelite - Call Center

2011 - 2013

The customer service and telephony skills I learned from this position have helped me provide excellent quality service to both internal and external clients.
